Manzini, Swaziland, October 31, 2011: Thembikile Vilakati (right) has been at Hope House for more than two months. With adequate care she is now recovering after being close to death. Elsa Joseph, manager (left with the cross) at Hope House is convinced that the right care would save a lot of the people in Swaziland suffering from AIDS. Most of the health-care system does not live up to the standards needed to treat patients suffering from AIDS. The man on the skirt, King Mswati III, is blamed for using the money meant for his people, on private business and shopping trips.
